Instructions
Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan, covering them with water. Bring to a boil, cover pot, and remove from heat. Let sit for 12-15 minutes.
Cool the Eggs: Transfer the eggs to an ice water bowl for 5-10 minutes.
