- 2 tablespoons Blackened Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cavatappi pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the blackened seasoning until evenly coated.
- Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
