  • Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a rolling boil, then cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool and peel the eggs: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5-10 minutes. Gently tap each egg on the counter to crack the shell, then peel under running water for easier removal.
  • Prepare the filling: Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place yolks in a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork until smooth.
  • Add ingredients: To the mashed yolks, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
  • Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
