  • 23 Red Chillies, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup of Mixed Vegetables (Bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Optional Protein (grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
  • Optional Red Pepper Flakes
  • Optional Chopped Peanuts
  • Special Garnishes: Fresh Coriander, Sesame Seeds, Lime Wedges

  • Instructions

  • Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large frying pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sliced red chillies. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and golden brown.
  • Introduce the mixed vegetables into the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften but still retain some crunch.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine thoroughly with the garlic and vegetables.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), mixing well to evenly coat the noodles. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Once everything is well combined and heated through, remove the pan from the heat.
  • Serve the spicy garlic chilli noodles in bowls, garnishing with fresh coriander, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime if desired.
