- 2 pounds Chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup Gochujang
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- Green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until fully combined.
- Place the chicken thighs into a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off, and place chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through with internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Switch on broiler for the last 3-5 minutes for an even stickier finish.
