  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Place the chicken thighs into a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off, and place chicken on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through with internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
