  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping, optional)

  • Instructions

  • Start by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the package of strawberry gelatin and stir until it’s completely dissolved. After that, mix in 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture. Set it aside to cool slightly.
  • While the gelatin is cooling, take your Graham cracker crust and place it on a serving plate. Begin layering the sliced strawberries neatly on the bottom of the crust.
  • Once the gelatin has cooled to room temperature, carefully pour it over the strawberries. Ensure that the strawberries are completely submerged in the jello mix.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is fully set.
  • When you’re ready to serve, take the pie out of the fridge. Spread whipped cream on top or serve it on the side.
