- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the vanilla extract. Combine both mixtures until well blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Once the cake is baked, let it cool slightly, then invert it onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll it up with the towel.
- Allow the rolled cake to cool completely before unrolling it to fill.
- Spread cheesecake filling on the unrolled cake and scatter sliced strawberries before rolling it back up.
