1 large head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sriracha, chili paste, or cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Additions: Red pepper flakes, lime juice, chopped green onions
Special Garnishes: Sesame seeds, fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a large bowl, combine honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, olive oil, sriracha (or chosen heat), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Once baked, remove from the oven. Squeeze lime juice over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro or parsley before serving.
