  • 1/3 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Juice of 1 Lime (optional)
  • Fresh Cilantro or Parsley (for garnish)
  • Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

  • Instructions

  • Start by preparing the marinade. In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Arrange the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
