4 Salmon Fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/3 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Fresh Ginger, minced
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Juice of 1 Lime (optional)
Fresh Cilantro or Parsley (for garnish)
Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Start by preparing the marinade. In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Arrange the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
