- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into equal-sized cubes for even cooking.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent. Then, add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Stir in the smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in the sweet potato cubes and add the beef broth. Stir until well combined.
