2 large Sweet Potatoes, peeled and grated
1 small Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 large Egg, beaten
1/4 cup Flour (all-purpose or gluten-free)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
Prep the Ingredients: Start by peeling and grating the sweet potatoes. Use a box grater or food processor to make this easier. Squeeze out excess moisture using a cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel.
In a Mixing Bowl: Combine the grated sweet potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat about 2-3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
Form and Fry the Hash Browns: Scoop a handful of the mixture and flatten it gently into a patty. Place it in the hot oil. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
