½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure no lumps remain.
Combine the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
Incorporate wet and dry mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
Add chocolate chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips for extra texture and gooeyness.
Fill cupcake liners: Pour enough batter to fill each liner about 2/3 full.
Swirl the batter: Using a spoon or a toothpick, create a swirl effect for a beautiful finish.
Bake them: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool: Allow your cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Prepare the filling: Whip together some cream, chocolate powder, and a little sugar until fluffy. Once cupcakes are cooled, inject the filling into the center of each cupcake.
