1 pound Ground Beef
1 packet Taco Seasoning
½ cup Ranch Dressing
2 cups Tortilla Chips or Mini Taco Shells
1 cup Shredded Cheese
¼ cup Green Onions, chopped
½ cup Black Olives, sliced
Instructions
Brown the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break the meat into small pieces and cook until it’s browned and no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes).
Add Taco Seasoning: Drain excess fat if needed. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the meat and follow the packet instructions to mix well.
Mix in Ranch Dressing: Stir in the ranch dressing until combined. Let this cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Prepare the Tortilla Chips: Arrange tortilla chips on a large platter or prepare mini taco shells on a baking sheet.
Fill the Chips/Shells: Spoon the meat mixture into each tortilla chip or shell, filling generously.
Add Cheese and Bake: Top with cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until melted.
Garnish: Remove from oven, cool slightly, and sprinkle with green onions and olives before serving.
