1 lb Chicken, minced or diceda handful Thai Basil, roughly chopped4 cloves Garlic, minced1 Shallot, thinly sliced2 Red Chili Peppers, sliced; adjust to taste3 tablespoons Soy Sauce2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce1 tablespoon Sugar2 tablespoons Vegetable OilOptional: Sliced bell peppers, snap peas or green beans, red pepper flakes, fresh basil leaves, chopped peanuts or cashews
