1 can (15 oz) of kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed1 can (15 oz) of green beans, drained1 cup of chopped bell peppers (red or yellow for color)1/2 cup of red onion, finely chopped1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped1/4 cup of olive oil1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup1 teaspoon of Dijon mustardSalt and pepper to taste
