If you’re using a store-bought pie crust, follow the package instructions to pre-bake it. If making your own, roll it out and place it in a pie dish, poking holes in the bottom to avoid bubbling.
Slice the fresh tomatoes into even pieces.
In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, chopped basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Layer sliced tomatoes on the bottom of the pre-baked pie crust, then spread the cheese mixture over the tomatoes evenly.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the pie for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the pie cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
