  • Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate and butter with sugar. Stir well until it's nice and smooth. Then, add in the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla extract, mixing until everything is combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined, but don’t over mix.
  • If you have time, let the dough chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll them into balls.
  • Roll the dough balls in powdered sugar.
  • Place them on your baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
