  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter until browned. Pour it into a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
  • In the bowl with the brown butter, add softened cream cheese and sugar. Beat until smooth, adding eggs one at a time, followed by the flour, vanilla bean paste, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
