2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Boil or steam the cubed sweet potatoes until they are fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
