  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, ensuring everything is well combined.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until they are evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop balls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie for spreading.
