  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until fluffy and light—about 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix the egg, maple syrup, and vanilla into the butter and sugar until everything is smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Use a tablespoon to drop rounded dough balls onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until just barely golden around the edges.
  • Let them sit on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool.
  • Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and dip half of each cooled cookie into it. Let excess drip away and set on parchment paper.
