  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Spiralize the zucchinis using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler.
  • Mince the garlic cloves until you have about a tablespoon.
