- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Place the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Mix together melted butter and minced garlic, then toss cooked wings in this mixture along with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve the wings on a platter, sprinkled with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.
Notes
For added spice, mix in cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
