Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Peel, core, and slice the apples, tossing them in lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg and mix until well incorporated. Whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture.
