1 pound ground beef
1 package (16 oz) cheese ravioli
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Chopped spinach, mushrooms, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper with the cooked beef.
Combine ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
Layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish: marinara sauce, half ravioli, half beef mixture, dollops of ricotta, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
