Description

Beef enchilada meatballs combine seasoned ground beef with traditional enchilada flavors for a comforting and delicious dish perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about one inch in size, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
