- 1 onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles (for serving)

Instructions
- Begin your cooking adventure by gathering all your ingredients. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Slice the mushrooms ahead of time. Season your beef stew meat with salt and pepper.
- Combine the beef stew meat, diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms in your slow cooker. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir to coat the beef well.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 6–8 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove the lid and stir in the sour cream. Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley or chives.
