2 packs of vanilla pudding mix
4 cups of milk
4 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 cups of whipped cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Sponge Cake: If you’re going homemade, start by baking your sponge cake. If you're using store-bought, simply bring it to room temperature. Slice it into even layers for the perfect assembly.
Make the Pudding: In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Whisk until it thickens. Add the vanilla extract for added richness.
Layer it Up: In a trifle bowl or glass dish, place a layer of sponge cake at the bottom. Top with vanilla pudding, followed by a layer of mixed berries. Repeat until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with pudding and a topping of whipped cream.
