Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla before sifting together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then folding into the mixture.
- Pour into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- For the hot fudge sauce, combine the cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan, stirring over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the brownies cool slightly, cut into squares. Serve warm topped with ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry.
