  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla before sifting together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then folding into the mixture.
  3. Pour into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  4. For the hot fudge sauce, combine the cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan, stirring over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once the brownies cool slightly, cut into squares. Serve warm topped with ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry.
