Description

A delightful fusion of classic Chicken Cordon Bleu flavors in a quick and easy quesadilla format.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sliced ham
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your ingredients. Shred the cooked chicken, slice the ham, and shred the Swiss cheese. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard onto one side of each tortilla, then evenly layer the shredded chicken, sliced ham, and Swiss cheese. Fold the tortillas in half.
  3. Carefully place the quesadilla in the preheated skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  4. Once the quesadillas are golden and crispy, remove them from the skillet and slice into wedges for serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with sautéed vegetables or different cheeses. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with dipping sauces.
