Description

A decadent dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and peanut butter with a crunchy pretzel crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients. Use a food processor to pulverize the pretzels into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the pretzel crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the peanut butter filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the pie.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top. Customize by switching to crunchy peanut butter or adding toppings like whipped cream and pretzel crumbs.
