- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients. Use a food processor to pulverize the pretzels into fine crumbs.
- Combine the pretzel crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the pie.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top. Customize by switching to crunchy peanut butter or adding toppings like whipped cream and pretzel crumbs.
