Description

A refreshing cold brew coffee infused with cinnamon and vanilla, perfect for warm summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Milk or cream (optional, for serving)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Sweetener (sugar, honey, or a sugar substitute, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and equipment, including a large mason jar or pitcher, fine mesh strainer, and stirring spoon.
  2. Combine the ground coffee and cold water in your jar, stirring gently until the coffee is saturated.
  3. Seal the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
  4. Strain the mixture to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, adjusting sweetness with your preferred sweetener.
  6. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour your cold brew over the top, then top with milk or cream as desired and garnish with a cinnamon stick or whipped cream.

Notes

Feel free to customize flavors with additional spices or flavored syrups. Store leftover cold brew in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
