Instructions
- Begin by boiling water in a large pot, adding a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes for al dente. While cooking, dice the chicken and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
