Description
Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Wings that pack a spicy, tangy flavor perfect for game days or gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional: celery sticks
- Optional: blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat each wing evenly.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter while the wings cook.
- Once cooked, remove wings from the air fryer and toss in the buffalo sauce until well-coated. Serve garnished with parsley, celery sticks, and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For a healthier option, use skinless chicken wings or cauliflower florets. Adjust the buffalo sauce to control spiciness.
