Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and peel the russet potatoes and cut them into even strips, about ¼ inch wide. Rinse in cold water for 15-30 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat dry.
  2. Combine the cut and dried potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until well coated. Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to cook evenly. Once golden brown and crispy, transfer to a serving platter.
