  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 34 red chillies, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Start by patting the beef slices dry.
  • Dust the beef slices in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  • In a large frying pan or wok, pour in the vegetable oil and heat it up over medium-high heat.
