Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 12 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper for flavor

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them thinly (about 1/16 inch) using a sharp knife or a mandoline.
  • Soak the potato slices in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  • Drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Combine the potato slices with olive oil, vinegar, and sea salt in a mixing bowl and toss gently.
  • Preheat your air fryer. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 360°F (182°C) for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Remove the chips once they are golden and crisp, let them cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
