- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the grated zucchini into the wet mixture.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
