Description

Delicious and healthy frozen treats that combine sweet bananas, crunchy peanuts, creamy chocolate, and gooey caramel for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts
  • Sea Salt (optional)
  • Cocoa Powder (optional)
  • Almond Butter (optional)
  • Chopped Nuts (for garnish)
  • Flaked Coconut (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Peel the bananas and slice them into thick coins (about 1-inch thick). Place the banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a layer of peanut butter over each banana slice, then drizzle with caramel. Freeze the banana pieces for 1-2 hours.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, then dip each banana piece into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and return to the freezer for an additional hour.
  4. Serve on a platter with extra caramel if desired. Enjoy your Frozen Banana Snickers!

Notes

Feel free to customize with different nut butters or add spices to the filling. Best enjoyed when still slightly frozen.
