- 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the broccoli under cold water and chop it into bite-sized florets. Dry them completely to avoid steaming.
- Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well coated. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle Parmesan over broccoli, return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm, drizzled with lemon juice, and enjoy!
