- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped (optional)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. If using frozen gyoza, follow the package instructions to cook them till golden brown.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl for the dressing.
- Combine the mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, radishes, and green onions in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
- Arrange the salad in a large bowl, placing the crispy gyoza on top. Drizzle with more dressing if desired and finish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
Notes
For added spice, consider incorporating sriracha or chili oil into the dressing. Leftovers can be stored separately for up to two days.
