1 large Baguette8–10 Fresh figs2 tablespoons Honey1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar8 ounces Burrata cheeseFresh thyme or basil to tasteOlive oil for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch slices.Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.While the bread is toasting, slice the figs in half.In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey.
