  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • Optional: Avocado slices, Cherry tomatoes, Cheese (Feta or cheddar)
  • Special Garnishes: Chopped fresh herbs, Extra honey mustard drizzle

  • Instructions

  • Start by patting the chicken breasts dry, then season them with salt and pepper.
  • Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once it’s shimmering, add the chicken breasts.
  • Sauté for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • While the chicken cooks, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  • Once the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly. Drizzle or toss the chicken in the honey mustard sauce.
  • Lay your tortilla flat, layer with mixed greens, shredded carrots, and sliced chicken. Roll it tightly.
  • Cut each wrap in half, arrange on a plate, and garnish with any extra goodies.
