Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure out the coconut milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, and cold water so you have everything ready to go.
- In a small bowl or blender, combine the matcha powder and cold water. Whisk or blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Once blended, add in the coconut milk and honey or maple syrup, whisking or blending until it’s fully combined.
- In a tall glass, fill it generously with ice cubes. Pour your matcha-coconut mixture over the ice.
- Give it a gentle stir to mix everything well. Finally, garnish your latte with shredded coconut or a sprinkle of matcha for that perfect finishing touch.
Notes
