Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure out the coconut milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, and cold water so you have everything ready to go.
  2. In a small bowl or blender, combine the matcha powder and cold water. Whisk or blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  3. Once blended, add in the coconut milk and honey or maple syrup, whisking or blending until it’s fully combined.
  4. In a tall glass, fill it generously with ice cubes. Pour your matcha-coconut mixture over the ice.
  5. Give it a gentle stir to mix everything well. Finally, garnish your latte with shredded coconut or a sprinkle of matcha for that perfect finishing touch.
