Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients and bring the vegetable broth to a simmer in a separate saucepan.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
