Ingredients

  • 45 medium Fresh Kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 23 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Optional: Fresh Mint Leaves, Yogurt, Other Fruits

  • Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit: Begin by peeling and chopping your kiwis into small pieces.
  • Blend the Mixture: In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the kiwi mixture into your popsicle molds, filling each one to 3/4 full.
  • Add Sticks: Insert sticks into the molds or cover with foil and poke sticks through the center.
  • Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  • Unmold and Serve: Run warm water over the molds to release the popsicles and enjoy immediately.
