Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your mini bundt cake pans.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the eggs, applesauce, and apple cider in a separate bowl until smooth. Incorporate into dry ingredients.
- Fold in chopped apples and nuts, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into prepared pans, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
