Deliciously rich blondies filled with chocolate and crunchy mini eggs, perfect for Spring celebrations.

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini chocolate eggs, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped mini eggs.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
These blondies can be customized with nuts or flavored with espresso. Serve warm or with ice cream.
