  • 1 inch ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (for drizzling)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chili flakes or sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your ingredients.
  2. Combine ground pork or chicken with chopped cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
