  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  • Beat the eggs separately, then add them to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually pour the evaporated milk into the mixture, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the pumpkin mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the center is set. Allow it to cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
